The NYSHSFCA will be hosting its 17th annual Football Clinic on February 2, 3, 4 2017 at the beautiful Turning Stone Casino and Resort in Verona, NY.
The NYSHSFCA clinic staff would like to invite your company to be part of this exciting event. We will be sending clinic brochures to high school and college coaches in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire and Eastern Canada. We generally anticipate a turnout of roughly 500-600 coaches.
The clinic will start Thursday at 6:00 p.m. and conclude on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. Our space for exhibitors is limited, so don’t wait. The cost per exhibitor is $210.00 (single) & $360.00 (double). You will alsothe opportunity to place your advertisement (1/6 of a page) in our quarterly SIDELINES newspaper which reaches our organizational members throughout the state. You will have the ability to change the Ad with each publication if you so choose. It is also up to youto provide Mr. Mark Adair with this information in a timely fashion at .
You will be able to start setting up your wares early Thursday afternoon. VENDOR INFORMATION
- Vendors may set up on Thursday after 1:00 p.m.
- Vendors may breakdown at anytime but must be out of the area on Saturday at
9:00AM
- Please provide us with an item(s) to raffle off to the coaches between sessions and at the Friday night social event
- First session will start on Thursday at 6:00 p.m.
- Final session will start on Saturday at 9:00 a.m.
- Booth size is 10 ft x 10 ft; Back curtains are 8 ft high, side curtains are 3 ft high
- One table( 8ft.x 2ft ) and two chairs are provided
- You must bring your own extension cords and power strips *******
- Booth signs will be provided
- Extra tables are $20.00 each. MUST BE REQUESTED ON YOUR REGISTRATION FORM!!
