What these classes or workshops helped me do was look at numbers and to analyze thoughtfully, the break down of many different situations in the management world. What I plan to do is analyze data in my future position and make an educated decision based on my experiences

Next steps for Career development

• Take what I learn and apply to everyday life.
• Know that Spam is one of the most important parts of any organization.

• Human Relation and Organizational Decision Making
• Computer Applications
• Leadership and Dealing with Differences

The necessary course will help break down more effectively what the job atmosphere would be about. Conflict resolution will help because there is conflict wherever you go. Computer applications will work because we live in a technological world. Organizational skills are key; because you need o know how the hierarchy system works.

Next step for Career development

• Take the main courses and help my company run as smoothly as possible. In every organization you will run into some type of conflict or structural problem. These skills will be very useful in more ways than one.

• Earlham management department has taught me to always have an open mind to someone else idea. For the more you listen the more doors will be open to your ideas and then everything begins to flow.

Next step for Career development

This is one of the most important qualities that college teaches you. That quality is listening. When you listen to different ideas you begin to fully develop your ideas to be very useful.

4. Activities and Competencies I have developed

Prejudice and Passion-

• This was a class where you talked about different issues all over the world, and you had deep discussions to let everybody know your insights, very thoroughly. This class was very helpful, in way that taught me the importance of understanding other people.
• I am also a Bonner so I knowledge about running a non profit organization

Next step for Career development

In this area of development, you must be sympathetic to everyone views and ethics. If you are not it will be rough. The good qualities that come out of discussion courses are the understanding of the community and people backgrounds.

5. Activities and Competencies I have developed

• Internship at a non-profit organization for more than five years
• Have done more that five PowerPoint presentations in my management field alone
• And more than ten oral presentations
• Have experience in both profit and non-profit management sectors.

Next step for Career development

Collaborative is very important, because one mind is better than one. What I plan to do is use the time I have remaining and improve in every area of collaborative learning as I can.
