I acknowledge receipt on 5 November 2009 of your request dated that day.
You asked the following questions, and my response is set out below.
1 I would like to request a complete list of suppliers/contractors and consultants that have been used over the past year when procuring IT Software.
The following consultants have advised on software:-Hornbill / Supportworks consultancy, Contemporary, Eurodata (IM&T). Other, specialist firms as per the software summary have provided software support/ updating etc.
2 the total spend on IT Software during the past financial year. Also could you break this Software spend down to show which department uses which application.
The Trust total figures for 2008-09are as follows;
Software Purchase = £68,084
Software Maintenance = £304,759
3 Could you also please list all applications that are used by the trust in all departments.

4 Please also provide details of IT Contracts Managers and any person(s) involved in IT Software procurement.
The interim Chief Information Officer is Adrian Ridpath, and the Head of Procurement, Tom Devine.
