You could book yourself on to an Antenatal workshop or just turn up to one of the local Breastfeeding support groups where there is usually a trained facilitator ready to provide you with the information you need.

BUMPS to BABIES– these are 4 week Ante-natal programmes for Parents-to-Be.

Week 3 focuses on Infant Feeding – both Breast and Bottle.

They are held in the local Children, Young People and Family Centres (formally SureStart)
