1408 Cottingham Parks Development Presentation. Representatives for the proposed development gave an informative presentation to the Council and advised that an outline planning application was to be submitted to the ERYC in December 2017. A public consultation would take place on 22nd November 2017. The Chairman thanked the representatives for their attendance.
