Qualification Highlights
§ Orchestrated all aspects of Part 135 and 145 maintenance departments, including maintenance budgeting, forecasting and internal billing. Liaison directly with customers regarding maintenance costs. Regulate quality control of avionics up-grades, major inspections and both interior and exterior renovations. Administered warranty claims, and insurance claims.
§ Obtained a FAR Part 145 Repair Station Certificate through the design and implementation of a Repair Station Procedures Manual. Assisted in the expansion of the company into a FAR Part 135 Large Aircraft carrier and drafted the necessary changes to the Operations Manual to meet the additional FAA requirements for carrying 10 or more passengers..
§ Developed an extensive auditing process to ensure vendors are compliant with strict standards of quality and safety. Targeted internal issues through the creation of an internal auditing system. Wrote new Part 145 Quality Control Manual. Qualified as ISO-9000 and IS-BAO auditor.
§ Facilitated the acquisition of many aircraft, involving pre-purchase inspections, Import Certificate of Airworthiness issuance, assisted with negotiations for both sellers and buyers.
§ Tracked maintenance events, generated computer due lists, scheduled inspections, generated maintenance budgets using all manufacturers systems and several after-market systems.
§ Qualified as Pilot In Command in Lear 55, qualified as Second In Command in Gulfstream IV, Citation 650, Citation S550, Lear 35, and Lear 25.
