CARLISLE COUNTY BOOSTER CLUB MEETING
September 15, 2014
The meeting was called to order by President Korie Bowles. Members present were:

The minutes from the previous meeting were read by all in attendance. Motion made by Kristena Black and 2nd by Wayne Weatherspoon to approve the minutes. Motion approved.
The treasurer’s report was given by Ange Storey. Motion made by Kristena Black and 2nd by Wayne Weatherspoon to approve the report. Motion approved.
The Bylaws were presented to everyone for the annual review. With no changes needing to be made a motion was made by Ange Storey and 2nd by Kelly Laird to keep the Bylaws as is for 2014-15.
Concession report-No business to discuss for now.
Sponsor Board-All sponsor letters have been prepared and are ready to be mailed out. Members were asked to come up with some new potential sponsors to give to Jennifer McKelly for letters to be mailed to them.

A motion was made by Jeremy Bruer and 2nd by Kevin Burgess to approve the officers and representatives for 2014-15. Motion approved.
Membership Drive-Jennifer McKelly asked for some ideas of something to give away instead of the t-shirt. She is checking on prices for rally towels and decals, and will present them at the next meeting.
Old Business-None
New Business- Maroon and Gold night will be held Saturday, November 15, 2014 in the HS gym. We will discuss preparations for this night at the next meeting.
The next meeting will be held Tuesday, October 14 at 3:15 pm in the HS library.
With there being no more new business, a motion was made by Wayne Weatherspoon and 2nd by Kristena Black to adjourn. Motion approved.
