Speaking and Training Agreement
This agreement is between [John Maxwell Team Member] and [School District] who wishes to retain the services to deliver the YouthMAX Plus curriculum as follows:

Program Time: 7:30 am – 8:30 am (activity period)
Program Location: Senior High School Auditorium
Program Title: The John Maxwell Team YouthMAX Plus with Nick Vujicic Leadership Program
Number of Participants:Freshmen Class – 300 students
Service Description
Energized and Interactive Session with a John C Maxwell Team certified Coach, Trainer, and Speaker
Youth leadership development messages from John Maxwell Team YouthMAX Plus Ambassador, Nick Vujicic
Youth leadership development curriculum, supplemental materials and effective activities that will further reinforce the learning outcomes and produce measurable results
Program tailored to meet the needs of the school district students, staff, teachers, and administrators
Individual Resource Packets for each participant [optional]
*YouthMAX Plus program presentation is valued at over [insert value – to be determined by you based on your delivery of the program].
[John Maxwell Team member] agrees to present to the best of our ability the information and material contained in the program described above. [John Maxwell Team member] also agree to coordinate the details of this program with the [School District] Administration in order to achieve the outcomes that they stated. [School District] agrees to provide the room setup and audiovisual equipment described in the forthcoming program logistics sheet.
In exchange for the products and services provided, [School District] agrees to compensate [John Maxwell Team Member] as follows:
Professional Fee:[insert fee]
Travel:All reasonable and customary travel expenses including coach airfare, ground, lodging, meals, and related out of pocket expenses. A complete travel expense report will be submitted with our invoice.
Deposit:In order to confirm this agreement, client agrees to pay a deposit of 50% or [insert fee] of the professional fee at the time this agreement is signed.
Balance:Client agrees to paythe remaining balance of [insert fee]on or before [insert date], the date of service. Client agrees to pay all travel expenses and materials fees within ten business days of receipt of our invoice.
In the event the client makes any change in the program date as shown above, the deposit sum of [insert fee]will be retained by [John Maxwell Team Member] and applied to any future presentations or consulting assignment for a period of one year from the date the consultant was notified of the change. In addition, if the change is made within 30 days of the program date, client shall be responsible for reimbursing all costs incurred by the consultant related to the presentation.
The client agrees not to audio or video tape the presentation without prior written agreement.
This constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.

Signed contracts accompanied with 50% deposit must be received with 7 business days of initial receipt by client. Offer is null and void after 7 business days.
