Visual Studio Consultant May 20, 2004 - present

  • Coding Aviation System Risk Model (ASRM), a visual interface for modeling risk in aircraft accident case studies using Bayesian Belief Networks (BBN), Visual Studio and Microsoft Excel.
  • Responsible for high level cost-benefit analysis reports for their life cycle costing equations on their suite of 48 aviation safety products (SAS, Excel).
  • Work is being done under a three year, $1.2 million contract with NASA and the Center for Advanced Risk and Decision Analysis.
  • Designed the CARDA website.

  • Performed research entitled “Characterization and Assessment of the Invasive Potential of Brain Tumors using Tissue Surface Tensiometry” which culminated in a senior honors thesis.
