  1. The Club Secretary distributed copies of last years AGM to all members present.
  1. No matters arising from last AGM.
  1. The Treasurers Report for Year ended 30th September 2011 by Lara Robbins

I would like to make a few comments on this year’s accounts.

  1. Agility classes have made a loss this year, I believe that the numbers at training overall have dropped slightly from last year but our costs have gone up mainly due to increase on stables rent.
  1. Membership subs are down again as a few members have not renewed this year.
  1. Over the 3 shows we have made a profit of £1117 and the match made £298. Both are down from last year but as I said last year most people are cutting down due to the current economic climate (I know I have).
  1. This year again we have spent money on equipment that the club needed.
  1. As you can see the club has made a loss but with the reduction of income from the agility classes and the shows, I don’t think we have come off too badly.

Training numbers down in August especially, ? move from Saturday to an evening in the week, as biggest income drop from agility classes.

£26 raised from Charity for Springer Welfare, given to Hiliary

  1. Clive, Club Chairman, signed Accounts and minutes of previous AGM as being correct.
  1. Trainers Reports

by Clive Hildersley

Started well with the beginners, but gradually they diminished numbers now there just 3 or 4 left regular training. Thanks to all the trainers for helping out, but a request to all members to let Andy know if they can’t make in summer, so that trainers can be informed about numbers.

To think about alternate training times / days to increase opportunity for more to train, during the summer months.

New owners in stables and are keen for us to stay. To ask if they would like any old trophies / rosettes for reuse as new owners are charitable organisation.

Clive has enjoyed taking training over the past year.

  1. The nomination of committee members consisted of all the current committee members being proposed and seconded. As per the rule change of the 2007 AGM, The Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer have all agreed to stay on in their positions, to which there were no disputes or challenges noted.
