Who:Mini’s tour – for U8s, U9s, U10, U11s, U12s
Why:Great fun, build team spirit, experience something new, good festival rugby
Where:Accommodation at PGL camp in Liddington (Swindon - Rugby at BanburyRFC
When:18th to 20th March 2011 … ideal preparation for the CountyFestivalthe following week
Leave HRFC 5.00 sharp on Friday18th. Return Sunday at about 5pm – depending on successes!
Costs:
£150.00 per head and including accommodation, all meals, PGL activities, TOUR2011 Rugby shirt for the players, entry cost to the rugby festival and coach transport. Costs excluded are: TOUR2011 shirts for accompanying adults (£30 each) and hoodiesfor player and accompanying adults (£20 each).

Where are we going?

Is it too late to apply?
- There may be some places left. Please see contact details below.
I’ve booked and paid, but now can’t go – can I get my money back?
- Until mid-October we can refund a deposit
- After this we will try to “sell” your place(s)/shirt(s)to the waiting list
I want my child to go alone. Is this possible?
- Yes. Unaccompanied children will be accepted, provided that they are chaperoned by a nominated parent.
- Both parent and chaperone will need to make this explicit on their registration form.
What do I need to bring?
- A suggested kit list will be emailed to everyone in Feb 2011.
Is there a cashpoint on site?
- Assume not – please bring plenty of cash!
I (or my lad) suffer from an allergy. What should I do?
- Advise us … if any different from details already submitted to the club in annual subscription.
Where is the nearest A and E department … just in case?
- Both the PGL site and the Rugby Festival will be fully catered for, but:

What are the travel arrangements?
- Coaches leave HRFC (Harpenden RFC, Redbourn Lane, AL5 2BA) at 5pm on Friday 18th March
- Return on Sunday 20th March at c 5pm … depending on how the teams perform at the festival
- We are considering an early coach – 1.30pm on Friday 18th – but will only put it on if there is sufficient demand … which should be noted on the registration form
Can I travel independently?
- Yes, if you need to, but we’d prefer that everyone travels together.
- Yes, but you’ll need to register your details with PGL in advance or you won’t be admitted.
How will I know which coach I am in?
- You’ll be allocated a coach on the day.
- For those with lads in 2 age-groups, we will keep all lads with their dads.
Must I stay on the same coach for each journey during the tour?
- Yes – this will help your rugby coach, who’s responsible for everyone for every journey.
Pgland activities
How will I know which cabin I am staying in?
- You’ll be allocated a cabin by email before we leave … details also available on the coaches.
When I am allocated a cabin and I don’t like the people I am sharing with, can I swap?
- Yes – please sort it out yourself.
Is bedding provided?
- Yes.
Are all meals provided?
- Tourers will have to buy their own lunch at the festival on the Sunday.
- All PGL meals are provided.
- Food is not provided for the journeys.
I have special dietary requirements … what do I do?
- Please advise us at the contact details below. We will either advise PGL or put you in touch with them directly.
How will I know which activity group I am in and what time I have to be where?
- Your activity group will be the same as your rugby group … U8, U9, U10, U11, U12.
- A timetable will be sent out before the tour … please print it out.
I am a parent with two children in different age groups – which activity group will I join?
- This is up to you … as all activities are appropriately supervised.
