c. Church programs determine financial arrangements for their classes- always a good idea to charge even a token amount because adds value to class.

i. Prototype church with ongoing WholyFit ministry of 8+ years- participation fee $20 for 1 semester (6 weeks); church keeps proceeds of classes in separate bank account used to promote WholyFit classes; Church offered to pay instructors $25 per class but 90$ of instructors preferred to volunteer.
