-Master of Science in Engineering Hydrology, National University of Ireland, Galway, Year 2000.

-Post-Graduate Diploma on Hydraulic Engineering in River Basins organised by Hydraulic Research Institute and IHE at Delta Barrage, Cairo, Egypt, Year 1997.

-Assistant Professor, 2008-present: leading applied research programs in field of irrigation Engineering, Hydraulics, Hydrology & Water Resources.

-Research Engineer, 2000-2008, Design, Planning of Irrigation Schemes, Bathometric survey, Sediment Monitoring of irrigation canals, Head of Water and Soil Laboratory, Calibration of Hydraulic Structures, and organizing of seminars and workshops.

-Project Team Leader in Sudan, Spate Irrigation for Rural Economic Growth and Poverty Alleviation, 2011-2013. Funded by IFAD and implemented by UNESCO_IHE and local partners in study areas.
