Super PowersPrize Draw Rules – Nest Protect

  1. This promotion (the “Promotion”) shall run between 25 November 2016and 02Dec 2016 inclusive.There will be one prize draw (the “Draw”). Other than as set out in paragraph 3 below, the Drawis open to all UK residents, aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required.

Registered in England and Wales No. 03432100. Npower is a trademark of Npower Northern Limited and other associated companies.
  1. Employees (or family members of employees) of npower, companies associated with the Draw or of the holding or subsidiary companies of such companies, may not enter this Draw.

  1. By participating in this Promotion and entering into the Draw, entrants are deemed to have accepted these prize draw rules (“the Rules”).
  2. In order to be eligible and automatically entered intothe Draw, you must successfully answer the prize draw questionvia www.gaystarnews.com. The opening date for entries is 00.00am on 25November 2016. The closing date of the prize draw is 23.59pm on 2 Dec 2016. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
  1. Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries must not be sent through agents or third parties.
  2. There will only be six winners (the “Winner”) who will receivea nest protect(“the Prize”).
  3. The Winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on03 Dec 2016 ("Draw Date").
  4. The Prize will be delivered to the Winners within a period of 28 days from the Draw Date. The Prize will be delivered to the address they supply after they have been contacted.
  5. There is no cash alternative to the Prize (or any part) and the Prize is non-transferable.
  6. npower reserves the right to substitute at its sole discretion the Prize (or any part) for a prize of equivalent value if this is necessary for reasons beyond npower’s control.
  7. npower will not be liable for any part of the Prize that does not reach the Winner for reasons beyond npower’s reasonable control.
  8. npower will make 3 attempts to contact the Winner by telephone or emailand if Npower is unable to make contact with any Winner or if any Winner is not able, for whatever reason, to accept the Prize, then npower reserves the right to re-award the Prize. The Winner agrees to be notified via a telephone call or emailfrom npower.
  9. npower accepts no liability and is not responsible for any incomplete, undelivered, lost, mislaid or delayed entries. In such cases you will not be eligible to enter the Draw. npower does not accept responsibility for network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay your entry into the Draw.

Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will be collected and passed to npower by www.gaystarnews.com<address15 Pages Walk, London, SE1 4SB, the third party hosting this website. The personal data supplied will also be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the Prize.
  1. Where applicable, the terms and conditions of any third party supplier will apply to the Draw.
  2. npower’s decision is at its sole discretion and is final and legally binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these Rules and the Guidelines will be disqualified.
  3. The Winner may be asked to participate in publicity relating to this Promotion.
  4. Insofar as is permitted by law, Npower, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Npower, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  5. Npower reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion, these Rules and/or the Guidelines at any time without notice.

These Rules and the Draw are governed by English law and all entrants agree to be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts
