1. Royal Bank RugbyForce 2017 is open to Scottish Rugby Union member Clubs and their members, employees and agents of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group of companies and their family members. All Rugby Clubs which register for Royal Bank RugbyForce 2017 must be affiliated with the Scottish Rugby Union (SRU). The RBS RugbyForce 2017 event will officially take place on 12th and 13th August 2017.
  2. All rugby clubs that register for Royal Bank RugbyForce 2017 must be affiliated to the SRU.
  3. The Royal Bank RugbyForce 2017 Weekend will officially take place on 12th and 13th August 2017.
  4. Registration for Royal Bank RugbyForce 2017 is open from 26thApril until 11:59pm on 14th May 2017. Clubs must be registered for Royal Bank RugbyForce 2017 to be eligible to receive the incentives.
  5. One registration per club. Registrations are not returnable. Registrations must be submitted via downloading the registration form at sending . They, and the copyright in them, become the property of the Promoter and the SRU.
  6. Registrations not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible will not be accepted. No responsibility is accepted for delayed registrations. Proof of sending by email or post will not be accepted as proof of registration.
  7. All registered clubs agree to take part in publicity in connection with Royal Bank RugbyForce and also agree to invest any funds and/or resources allocated to their rugby club by the Royal Bank of Scotland plc for the purposes of Royal Bank RugbyForce 2017, into their club's Royal Bank RugbyForce 2017 Weekend event.
  8. All applicants and participants in the competition agree that their personal data may be processed by the Promoter and the SRU for the purposes of this promotion.
  9. By taking part all clubs agree to complete a post-event survey to feedback on the Royal Bank RugbyForce 2017 activity at their club.
  10. The Promoter and the SRU reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.

Royal Bank RugbyForce 2017 Grant Terms and Conditions

  1. The Royal Bank RugbyForce 2017 grants are open to clubs affiliated to Scottish Rugby ("SRU") that have registered for Royal Bank RugbyForce 2017.
  2. One entry per club. Registrations are not returnable. Registrations must be submitted online at Registrations must be submitted via downloading the registration form at sending y 11:59pm on May 14th 2017. They, and the copyright in them, become the property of the Promoter and the SRU.
  3. Registrations not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible will not be accepted. No responsibility is accepted for delayed registrations. Proof of sending by email or post will not be accepted as proof of registration.
  4. The following incentives are on offer:
    a) 100 rugby clubs will receive a grant of £200
    b) 20 rugby clubs selected will receive a grant of £1,000
    c) 10 clubs will receive access to a current Scotland Squad member for their RugbyForce Weekend
    d) Alistair Kellock to attend 1x winning club’s Royal Bank RugbyForce weekend celebration

e) Mike Blair to attend 1x winning club’s Royal Bank RugbyForce weekend celebration

  1. Decisions regarding grants will made by 31st May 2017 and clubs will be notified of their win by email and/or phone.
  2. The judges' decisions are final; no correspondence will be entered into.
  3. Grants will be paid by cheque or BACs payment one week before Royal Bank RugbyForce Weekend.
  4. The clubs receiving grants will be selected by a national panel consisting of: a. A representative(s) from the Royal Bank Sponsorship team b. A representative from Royal Bank’s sponsorship agency c. Representatives from Scottish Rugby.
  5. The winning clubs will be those clubs who, in the opinion of the judges, write the most apt and suitable responses to the registration questions.
  6. The clubs receiving grants will be those clubs who, in the opinion of the judges: a. Benefit the most from the support package b. Will be most engaged with the programme.
  7. All registered clubs agree to take part in publicity in connection with Royal Bank RugbyForce and also agree to invest any funds and/or resources allocated to their rugby club by the Royal Bank of Scotland plc for the purposes of Royal Bank RugbyForce 2017, into their club's Royal Bank RugbyForce 2017 Weekend event and/or to support the sustainability of the club.
  8. Royal Bank of Scotland plc reserve the right to recall grants from clubs that do not invest the allocated grant in their Royal Bank RugbyForce 2017 Weekend event or to support the sustainability of the club.
  9. All applicants and participants in the competition agree that their personal data may be processed by the Promoter and the SRU for the purposes of this promotion.
  10. By taking part all clubs agree to complete a post-event survey to feedback on the Royal Bank RugbyForce 2017 Weekend event at their club.
  11. If any renovation support package is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winners, the Promoter and the SRU will be entitled to dispose of the support package as it sees fit without any liability to the winners for having done so.
  12. The Promoter and the SRU reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.
