BLIND MURDER CASE SOLVE: ILLICIT RELATION OF WIFE WITH YOUNGER BOY LED TO GRUESOME MURDER

With the arrest of (1) Vijay Singh S/o Sh. Mata Prasad @ Badkau R/o Vill- Karora Post & Police Station MachaliSehar, District Jaunpur, (UP) Age-24 Years (2) Neetu Singh W/o Late Raghvender Singh R/o Vill- Siloni, Post- Tandoli, Distt.-Faizabad, (UP), Age- 31 Years, North District police has solved a blind murder case.

INCIDENT

On 09.06.2014, a PCR call regarding unknown dead body near railway crossing Zakhira, Dayabasti, Delhi was received vide DD No. 13 PP Inderlok PS Sarai Rohilla. Dead body of deceased was preserved in SubziMandi mortuary for identification and postmortem was got conducted on 17/6/2014.Postmortem report was received on 24/06/2014 in which the autopsy surgeon opined the cause of death as “crania-cerebral damage consequent upon blunt force impact and sufficient to cause death in ordinary course of nature”. A case vide FIR No. 647/14 u/s 302 IPC dated 27.06.2014 was registered on the basis of postmortem report and investigation taken up by Inspr. Anil Dureja, SHO/Sarai Rohilla.

TEAM

Two teams consisting of Inspr. Anil Dureja SHO/Sarai Rohilla, Inspr. Devendra Singh Rathi, Inspr/Inv, SI Karmvir Singh IC PP Inderlok, SI Kawaljit Singh, Ct Dinesh Kumar 1757/N, Ct Rakesh Kumar 1267/N, Ct Sant Ram No. 931/N, Ct Pramod 2323/N, Ct Mohit 2774/N, Ct Udit Malik 1261/N, Ct Rahul, W/CtPoonam 2301/N, W/Ct Indu No. 2269/N were constituted under the supervision of Shri Balkrishan Sharma, ACP/Sarai Rohilla, North District, Delhi.

INVESTIGATION

It was a blind case in which there was no clue about the identity of deceased, motive of the crime and the accused persons involved. During investigation, sources were deployed and local intelligence was gathered.

Efforts were made to fix the identity of the accused through electronic and print media.At least 5000 Hue & Cry notices were distributed in all over Delhi and NCR. Besides that information was shared with various agencies Viz. NCRB, MPS, all states in India etc. On the basis of Hue & Cry notices, deceased’s brother Sh. BrijBhusan approached P.S. Sarai Rohillaand identity of deceased was established as Raghvender Singh @ Kallu S/o ShyamNath Singh R/o Village-Siloni, Post Tandoli, District- Faizabad, (UP) Age- 48 years. In the meantime, NCRB also managed to compare the description of deceased sent to them by staff of P.S. Anand Parbat as missing report with Hue & Cry notice issued by police of Sarai Rohilla.

Further investigation revealed that deceased used to work as a Power Press Operator in Anand Parbat, Delhi. Neetu Singh happened to be third wife of deceased Raghvender Singh. When Neetu Singh got married with Raghvender Singh about 16 years ago, she was just 15 years old whereas Raghvender Singh was already 35 years old. Wife of deceased was in habit of making illicit relations with younger boys. Earlier also she had illicit relations with other boys before making relation with Vijay Singh. Wife of accused conspired with Vijay Singh that her husband was harassing and beating her regularly and already had got know how about their illicit relations. She further conspired with Vijay Singh that Raghvender was maligning them a lot among neighbors and creating a lot of problems. He should either be permanently removed or Vijay Singh must marry her and they should run away after that. In the intervening night of 08-09/06/2014, as per plan accused Vijay Singh and wife of deceased Neetu Singh were present at W-72/159, TaliWaliBasti, Gali No.10, Anand Parbat, Delhi with a liquor bottle and were waiting for deceased to return from Power Press factory situated in the same locality of Anand Parbat. As deceased reached home from his factory, accused Vijay offered him Liquor and further lured him that they will have a grand party in sky open area in Dayabasti. Deceased accompanied Vijay for Dayabasti and as per plan accused Vijay was regularly in touch with Neetu Singh on phone. After reaching DayaBasti, accused Vijay first served lot of liquor to Raghvender and then attacked him with the help of broken bottle of liquor. Deceased had used filthy and abusive language against him and Neetu Singh under the influence of liquor. After committing the gruesome murder, the accused person dumped the body in bushes.

(2)Neetu Singh W/o Late Raghvender Singh R/o Vill- Siloni, Post- Tandoli, Distt.- Faizabad, (UP), Age- 31 Years, she is wife of deceased Raghvender Singh and have illicit relations with both accused.

1.Two Mobile Phones of Neetu Singh.

AUTO LIFTERS ARRESTED & SEVEN STOLEN VEHICLES RECOVERED:-
The staff of Police Station Vijay Vihar Outer District has arrested 4 auto lifters namely:

1. Raj Kumar S/o Sh. Ashok Kumar R/O J-474, Mangolupuri, Delhi,

2. Sachin S/o Sh. Tilak Raj Azad R/O Y-586, Mangolupuri, Delhi,

3. Devender S/o Sh Chanderpal Singh R/O Y-616, Mangolupuri, Delhi

4. Vipin S/o Sh Veerpal R/O I-531, Mangolupuri, Delhi and consequent to their arrest seven stolen Motor Cycles have been recovered.

TEAM AND INVESTIGATION.

To put a check on the activity of auto lifters, a team was constituted comprising of SI Amit Dahiya, Hc Raavinder 439/OD, HC Shamsher Singh 661/OD, HC Ramesh 3128/OD, CT. Yoginder 949/OD under the leadership of Inspr. R.C Dahiya SHO/ Vijay Vihar and under the close supervision of ACP Shiv Dayal , Sub Division Rohini Delhi.

During vehicle checking at a Picket on Samshan Ghat road near Delhi Jal Board at about 4.30 PM one motor cycle rider came and when the documents of the motorcycle No DL 1ST 4931 were checked the motorcycle was found stolen in ZIPNET in case FIR No 761/14 U/S 379 IPC P.S Vijay Vihar and the accused person namely Raj Kumar S/o Sh. Ashok Kumar R/O J-474, Mangolupuri, Delhi and Sachin S/o Sh. Tilak Raj Azad R/O Y-586, Mangolupuri, Delhi were arrested in the above said case. During sustained interrogation they disclosed that they were a part of four member gang which also included the other co accused Devender S/o Sh Chanderpal Singh R/O Y-616, Mangolupuri, Delhi and Vipin S/o Sh Veerpal R/O I-531, Mangolupuri, Delhi subsequently they were also arrested and on the instance ofaccused persons the following motor cycles:
