Santa’s helpers from The County Hospital children’s ward are inviting children and families along to this year’s Christmas bazaar fundraiser on Saturday 8 December 2012, 10am-2pm at Hereford United Football Club, starlite room.
Staff from the children’s ward are going the extra mile by holding a fun Christmas bazaar with all monies raised going to the children’s ward at The County Hospital to help Santa deliver presents for all the children.
Come along to meet Santa and enjoy the festive celebrations on Saturday 8 December. There will be fun activities for the children such as Christmas card making, a magician, name the teddy, and various stalls including home-made cakes, jam and chutneys, Christmas decorations, a raffle with prizes, lucky dip and a tombola.
Stacy Edwards, play specialist at Wye Valley NHS Trust, said: “Everyone is invited along to our Christmas bazaar where there will be fun for all the family and it’s a great way to involve your children in making a special Christmas gift. All money raised will go to the children’s ward to purchase additional toys and games for those children who are in hospital over the festive period”.
