From Nancy Fisher: I also believe there is a house located at the Old Bedford Village that may have belonged to your John Smith....Its been a while since I was there but I could have sworn that the Smith that owned it was a Preacher....)
Update: I contacted Old bedford Village and found that a William Smith (Doctor of Divinity) built and own House #4 (called the Semanek House) in 1802 on Dunning Creek, West Claire Township. The only William I see in the history is Mason"s brother (1852-1931) so I don't think this is one a our relatives
