A – Determined by commissioning visit and map the belt, you would call the shortest length splice #1 splice then count up from there. Each splice has its own finger print.

Q – Do the belt manufactures employ this tool in their manufacturing process?

A – No

A – Yes

A – We need to get with you and look at your application.

Q – What is the optimal class size for the seminar, and what will it cost?

A – 10-30 people and 195 per person to 10 and 75 per person after that.

Q – What type of cleaners are needed for longer lasting usage?

A – Harder for longer lasting softer for better cleaning, running the system empty causes heat and will melt the primary cleaner.

Q – What standards are in use to insure acceptable results?

A – CEMA has standards though there are a lot of variables on how cleaners ore performing. There are no systems in place to determine what is or is not acceptable.

A – Yes there is a incompatibility issue. Molly greases are not the best for roller bearings.

A – No, but that’s a great idea.
