Invitation to the Oklahoma Society ‘s 113th Congress
Bartlesville Chapter SAR is honored to host the 113th OKSSAR Congress, and cordially invites members, wives and friends to this event. We will meet, dine and explore Woolaroc Museum & Wildlife Preserve on Saturday, April 14, 2018.
Schedule:
8:00-8:45 a.m. Registration & Fellowship: Coffee & Snacks. – Woolaroc Event Center
8:45 a.m. Opening Ceremonies – Color Guard will present the colors. – Event Center
9:15-11-30 a.m. Business Meeting – Event Center
Ladies convene at the Lodge for a program by Kay Little, Historic Re-enactor
12:00 p.m. Lunch – BBQ Brisket and Chicken by World Famous Dink’s Catering
12:45-1:45 p.m. Awards Ceremonies
1:45-2:45 p.m. Greetings and Keynote Speaker Program
2:45-3:00 p.m. Adjournment and Retirement of Colors
Keynote Speaker: Bob Fraser, Woolaroc CEO - History of the area, from Rev War to present.
Your registration fee allows free entrance to the Woolaroc Museum and Wildlife Preserve, normally $12.00 for Adults and $10 for 65+. Also, the Bartlesville area is rich with history, so come early and stay late. While you are here, visit the Frank Phillips Home, the Phillips Museum, two Frank Lloyd Wright buildings and the Bartlesville Area History Museum. Ree Drummond's (The Pioneer Woman) first Restaurant and Mercantile store is located in Pawhuska, OK, only a few miles from Woolaroc.
We hope this Congress will get our business done while providing an enjoyable and educational experience.
