Ulrich Fall Pink-out Pep Rally

Due to the size of our student body we will have two Pep Rallies on the 18thof October. Each group will have a portion of each grade level present for the Pep Rally. Teacher assignments for each Pep Rally are attached to the schedule so please make sure you are aware of which Pep Rally your students are supposed to attend.

Students will be instructed to take all of their belongings with them to their 7th period class.

Please wait to be called to the gym: we will release by involvement and then grade level/Department!

  • Teachers should escort their students to the gym and remain in the gym during the Pep Rally.
  • Teachers, please line the students up in a straight line and lead them into the gym so that you can lead the students as far as possible to the far part of the gym.
  • Teachers should sit with their class in the bleachers if possible or stand in front of the bleachers as close to where their class is sitting. (Teachers may sit in the aisle of the bleachers if they choose, but students may not sit in the aisles.)
  • Let your students see you seeing them – we want to have fun, but in appropriate ways!
  • We will call for the cheerleaders, band and student athletes from football, volleyball, and cross country to be dismissed first. Cheerleaders, and band will be called down to the large gym at approximately 2:45 p.m. to prepare for the event. Athletes should report to the small gym during 7th period at 2:55 p.m.

Pep Rally Class Bell Schedule for Wednesday, October 18, 2017

1st period- 9:05-10:00

2nd Period- 10:05-10:50

3rd Period- 10:55-11:40

4th period- 11:45-1:10

A LUNCH---11:45-12:10

B LUNCH---12:15-12:40

C LUNCH---12:45-1:10

5th Period- 1:15-2:00

6th Period- 2:05-2:50

7th Period-2:55-4:25

There will be No Bulldog Period on Wednesday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1st Pep Rally – Begin releasing students at 3:00pm over the PA by grade level and department. Please have students keep their belongings in the classroom and lock the door to keep them secure.Quickly take the attendance prior to being dismissed. Pep Rally will begin at 3:05pm for the first group and will last until 3:40pm.

At the conclusion of the first Pep Rally students will be escorted back to their 7th period classrooms by their 7th period teacher and resume 7th period until the bell rings at 4:25pm for dismissal.

2nd Pep Rally – Begin releasing students at 3:45pm over the PA by grade level and department.

Please have students take their belongings with them as they will not be returning to their classrooms. Pep Rally will begin at 3:50pm and will last until the bell rings at 4:25pm for dismissal.

No student will be allowed back upstairs or to their lockers after they are dismissed at the end of the second Pep Rally.

  • Bus Riders will travel down the main hallway to get to the cafeteria.
  • Car riders will be dismissed from the front doors of the gym and proceed to the car pool lines.
  • Walkers and bike riders will be dismissed down the hallway by the boys and girls locker rooms.

Wait until you hear your grade level and department called over the PA system before escorting your students to the gymnasium.
