Kirk Hoopingarner is a partner in the firm's Trusts & Estates and Tax-Exempt Organizations Practice Groups. For over 30 years, Mr. Hoopingarner has concentrated his practice on all facets of wealth planning and philanthropy for high-net-worth families and individuals. He has counseled his clients on a broad range of matters, involving the management and transfer of wealth including charitable gifting techniques, all types of trusts used in family wealth management and transfers, business succession planning, family limited partnerships and limited liability companies, asset protection, and federal and state estate and gift tax planning. Mr. Hoopingarner also has extensive experience in sophisticated charitable planning, both for individual donors and for substantial charitable organizations.
