Instructions Go Maut

Before you apply your vehicles for TOLL2GO you must first create an account. When creating your account, you must register at least one vehicle. Do you already have a Go Maut account? Please go to 3 TOLL2GO Registration Form.

1. Registration / creating an account

You can easily create an account by following these steps:

  1. Click on ‘Selfcare’ in the top left. You will see the following screen see next page.

  1. You can choose out five options. Click on the second icon from the left.‘UseToll Collect-OBU in Austria’. You will see the following screen:

  1. Then fill in all the details. Toll Collect usernumber (‘Benutzernummer’), address, contact information. Pay attention! By the Toll Collect usenrnumber fill in the number with which the vehicle is registered. If all the fields are filled, click ‘continue’.
  2. The next step is to register your payment. You will see the following screen:

By means of payment you choose ‘fuelcard’. By ‘card provider’ you choose ‘MS Europe’ and by ‘cardnumber’ you fill in the ‘16-digit number’ which is on your MST Card. The validity of the card can be found right under in the corner of the card. If you have completed all fields, click 'Continue'.

  1. On this screen you register the vehicle data. By country you choose the country where the vehicle is registered. Fill the license plate in without dashes and no spaces.

  1. When you have entered the license plate number, select 'Continue'. You will see appearing basic category and emission classon the following screen:

By the ‘basic category’you choose the total number of axles. By the ‘EURO-emissionclass’you choose the emissionclass. PAY ATTENTION! You can only choose from emission class 0 up and including 3. If your vehicles have an emission class of 4 or higher you choose emission class 1. At the end of your registration you can upload your vehicle papers with the correct emission class.ASFINAG will adjust this on your account.
Click on ‘continue’. You will see the following screen:

  1. You will now see a summary of your complete registration. You can check the data and adjust it if necessary, if necessary. To adjust, select the option 'back'.

If all the details are correct, click the box in which you indicate that you agree to the terms and conditions. You can download and read if necessary.

Then click ‘submit’. You will see the following screen:

You can by ‘combine upload’(left) upload the vehicle papers. This is important if the emission class have to be adjust by an emission class of 4 or higher. With this you Dit is belangrijk als de Euronorm aangepast moet worden bij Euronorm 4 of hoger. This instantly completes your request.

Or you can choose directly for ‘finish’. You have created an new account en submitted your Toll2Go registration. (Only choose when the emission class is 0 up and including 3).

2. Request management account by Multi Service Tolls

After your registration you will receive at the given email address a confirmation of your application with your credentials for the Self Care Portal of ASFINAG. If you want Multi Service Tolls take care of your registrations for the TOLL2GO, please contact your Fleet Service Team by sending these credentials.

To register your vehicle in the future, please fill in the attached document with every new vehicle.

3. TOLL2GO Registration Form

Multi Service Tolls, permission to use my Login information, to process changes on behave of Toll2go. The undersigned can revoke this power of attorney at any time. In this case, Multi Service Tolls shall immediately suspend actions on behalf of the undersigned.

Multi Service Tolls and its employees cannot beheld responsible for thecorrectnessof theenteredinformationor damages caused by this.

For every vehicle a Toll Collect OBU should be installed. If this is not the case, we are not able to register a Toll2Go contract for this vehicle.

We can only process request for vehicles created in MyTolls with the necessary vehicle papers are uploaded.

Please email this form to your Fleet Service Team. Your request has been processed as soon as you have received a confirmation by email. You can always check your Go Maut account for the status of your request.

After ASFINAG sent a confirmation by email of your TOLL@GO registration, you can hand in your GO-Box, if you have one in possession, at any GO-Point. Herewith an overview of the Go Points:
