New products from around the world, inspiration, business meetings!

The Polagra Fair in Poznań is for the food and catering industry an opportunity to get acquainted with the latest trends, technological solutions, as well as the promotion of the Polish economy. This year's exhibition will be created by more than 900 exhibitors from 36 countries.
The exhibition will be complemented by an extensive portfolio of training courses, conferences, contests and culinary shows.

Tasty time starting on Saturday!

The TASTES OF REGIONS Fair, which will start on 23 September, each time surprises us with the abundance of traditional food. This year in Poznań, visitors will have an opportunity to taste food from all Polish regions and from four foreign ones, which will be represented by nearly
200 exhibitors – local manufacturers.

The Tastes of Regions Fair is an event for conscious consumers who look for natural, regional food products prepared by local suppliers based on traditional recipes. At the Fair, you will find certified dairy products, meat, confectionery and bakery products, as well as ready meals and dishes from all over Poland.

It is also a family event. The youngest Fair participants in a mini-bakery will discover the ways to bake using traditional methods, and see which cereals are part of natural bread. On one of the two stages artistic performances will take place, and in the play zone there will be plenty of activities for children offered. At the stand of the "Polska Ekologia" (Polish Ecology) Association, eco-lessons on nutritional value and flavour of fruit and vegetables will be conducted.

On the Culinary Stage, chefs will cook traditional and regional dishes of Wielkopolska and Podhale regions. It will be a unique place, where the Fair participants will have an opportunity to see how
to prepare dishes well known in various regions of Poland. At the Fair, we will know the products awarded the TASTES OF REGIONS Fair Medal and Culinary Pearls as part of the competition entitled "Our Culinary Heritage – Tastes of Regions".

Through the Fair to the consumers' hearts

This year, at the Polagra Food Fair, the participants will become familiar with the offer of more than
200 exhibitors. A significant part of the exhibition area will be occupied by Polish companies representing the dairy and meat processing industries. Both sectors will present well-known products from Polish shop shelves, as well as a lot of products new to the market. Lactose-free and non-GMO cheese, or cold meat prepared using home recipes, is a trend that can be observed at the Fair
in Poznań. Moreover, Polish manufacturers also prepared surprising ideas for cheese and meat snacks, which are an excellent idea for a snack at school, at work or during weekend trips. The Fair will be attended by fruit and vegetable processing companies and manufactures of sweets, snacks, tea, drinks and alcohol.

The offer will be presented by entrepreneurs from 21 countries, including Belarus, Egypt, South Korea, Romania, Turkey, Ukraine, Italy, Finland, Bulgaria, Germany, Hungary, Lithuania, as well as Malaysia and Sri Lanka.

For many years, Polagra Food has been a platform for the development of long-term business relationships. It is facilitated by the Fair formula, which allows you to gain new, reliable business partners, as well as by additional events accompanying the Fair, such as the International Brokerage Event organized by PARP. As part of this year's Polagra Food, also the Polish-Nigerian Economic Summit and the World Halal Convention for Eastern Europe will be held. There will be also training sessions organized. This year, thanks to the employees of the WKB Wierciński, Kwieciński, Baehr law firm, the event participants will be able to get some knowledge about the rules of food labelling in Poland and assumptions and practical application of the new provisions of the Act on Combating Unfair Use of Contractual Advantage, which came into force on 12 July 2017. During a cycle of meetings, in turn, the 4 Results company will present the solutions that will allow you to enhance your company efficiency both in the operational and market areas. Admission to this event is free of charge and no prior registration is required.
