Medical Conditions Generally Aggravated by Exposure – None Established.
EMERGENCY FIRST AID PROCEDURES -
Eye Contact – Repeated or prolonged contact may cause irritation. Irrigate immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes.
Skin Contact – No primary irritation was observed to the skin of rabbit. Repeated or prolonged contact may cause irritation. Wash affected area with dilute ethanol to remove cured materials and further wash with soap and water.
Inhalation – Short-term harmful health effects are not expected from vapors generated at ambient temperatures. However, this material is capable of generating trace amounts of methanol when reacted with water. Methanol vapor may cause dizziness, drowsiness, disturbance of vision, and tingling, numbness in hands for forearms. Move to fresh air. If not breathing, administer artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult, administer oxygen. Seek medical attention.
Ingestion – May be harmful if ingested. LD50 for rat is 20 g/KG or more. Induce vomiting and seek medical attention immediately.
