Your response to the evaluation is extremely important! The information you provide is very beneficial to the Kansas FFA National Officer Candidate selection committee. Your experience with the candidate will provide insight into the candidate’s qualities and qualifications for serving as the national FFA officer candidate. Please seriously consider each characteristic listed – few people are the best at everything – so a truly honest response is requested. Your response is highly confidential and your responses will only be viewed by the nominating committee. In order for your evaluation to remain anonymous, name and position will be removed from the form before being shared with the committee. Please complete both pages of the evaluation form and email it directly to Jackie McClaskey at by no later than the Monday following State FFA COnvention.
