Complete and return this form to by Oct 13th2017 to be considered for selection.Please note that we have already filled much of the schedule with invited experts and so we only have a limited number of spots available.Where presentation space is unavailable, we may offer contributors to present their work in a different format e.g. in a poster session or exhibition format.We are also open to contributors suggesting other innovative formats for contributions. All selected contributors will be given 20% off the conference fees.
