ERASMUS COORDINATORSHIP,
As the nominee to the Erasmus Learning Mobility Programme for the 20__ - 20__ Academic Year, I, ______, hereby, undertake that I have read and acknowledged and will abide by the below-written terms and conditions.
· I have information regarding the Bilateral Agreement between the Partner University and the Çukurova University.
· I have visited the website of the Partner University and obtained information regarding its study language, departments, accommodation possibilities and other facilities provided to the mobility students.
· I have examined the courses offered by the Partner University and will select the courses, the contents of which match with those offered by my department together with the Faculty/Department/Conservatory Coordinator (coordinator and consultant for the postgraduate and doctoral students).
I am aware of the fact that:
· I am required to take and earn 30 ECTS credits per semester during my study period abroad; in cases where I fail to complete 30 ECTS, I will complete the credit requirement through retaking the failed courses.
· I am required to prepare the Learning Agreement in three (3) original copies and submit one (1) original signed copy to the International Office.
· Where my application is approved by the Partner University, I will attend the university except the force majeure such as illness, death, etc., by respecting the rights of other students and inform the International Office of my inability to attend through a letter at the soonest possible date.
· I am informed regarding the following documents required to be obtained during the pre-departure period within the framework of the mobility programme:
- Acceptance Letter,
- Original Learning Agreement (original signed document approved by both the Çukurova University and the Partner University),
- A copy of the visa,
- Travel and health insurance,
- Up-to-date transcript of records,
- Departmental Board Decision,
- Grant Contract.
- Online Linguistic Support
I am aware of the fact that:
· I am required to obtain the copy of my acceptance from the International Office and submit it to my Department’s Secretariat by enclosing the “Departmental Letter of Permission” and to follow the decision to be taken by the departmental board.
· In cases where I start my mobility without my Departmental Board Decision, original and final Learning Agreement, original signed Grant Contract being ready, my departure will not be approved until I complete the required procedures.
· The Erasmus Student Mobility Quota is limited with the budget allocated to my University by the EU Commission and my right to mobility is not granted until after the grant request of my University is approved.
· Where my nomination is granted, I will receive the grant on departure and return at periods when the grant is transferred to my University by the National Agency.
· The grant I am entitled to will not be paid or be paid partially due to my failure and absence.
· At the end of the mobility period, I am required to submit the following documents to my University:
- Learning Agreement, - Final Report, - Certificate of Attendance,
- Transcript, - Additional Information Form - Copy of entry-exit pages of my passport
Otherwise, I am required to return 80% of the total amount of my grant and I acknowledge that the remaining 20% will not be paid to me.
