  • Provide & Support Quality Programming at the National, State, & GIG Level.
  • Grow Membership through Quality Programming.

  4. Mary - Blurb written by next week & bio for Marketing.
  5. Terry – 1 page flyer – get advertising out by Feb 17th
  6. Pricing $169 members/ $199 non members
  1. Communication Workshop – July – Charles Town – Vicky

  1. State Conference – October – Morgantown
  2. Holding for 2017 football season, make sure they are not playing at home.
  3. Facility – October 5th & 6th(Fall Family Weekend) or 19th & 20th
  4. WVU Alumni Center– Terry
  5. Mary at the Alumni center has rooms that they offer. We will be pricing to see if it’s compatible.
  6. Vicky – Pull Project plan this week and organize committees for next steps.

  2. Charles Town will have next 3 or 4 months scheduled by next week
  3. Charleston has scheduling lined up through May and have a few lined up for summer or fall.

  2. Monica, Nicole, & Jenny - Researching opportunities for Website updates
  3. Time to work on new Newsletter for Q1
  4. would like to include a CPLP highlight
  5. Travis’s story about GE contact – type something up and send to Jenny & Monica.
  6. Advertising for what’s coming up
  7. Jenny - Working with the Gazette on advertising opportunities for ATD WV
  8. Front page of Website – advertise ICE until we have the Leadership Workshop advertising ready.

  2. Update – current balance $1,943.14
  3. Nothing outstanding
  4. Since balance is over $1,500 we are not getting charged extra for the account.
  5. Received 4th quarter ChiP Credit and purchased a new Workshop Leadership & Project Management books.
  6. Do we have a status update on our domain name service? (GoDaddy)
  7. Tom has transfer code and will be moving forward on next steps.
  8. DNO Insurance
  9. Tom will send info on coverage for two plans to the board, we will review and vote on next call.
  10. 2017 Budget – Tom will send out 2016 budget, the Board will review and make updates to finalize at the next call, pending questions & review.
