Behind the scenes:

· Updated RiV.

· Continued planning for Kick-Off, being held February 4th, which included program development, letter invitations sent to current and new volunteers, and opportunities for interaction.

· Connected with AloNovus to finalize deadlines for the 2017 fair book.

· Began revisions of fair book information.

· Continued planning for the 4-H Values Oversees program.

· Revised the online penning assignment form and sent for review and revision to Trevor Berger.

· Submitted a poster presentation for NAE4-HA.

· Received word that my 2 board supported sessions were accepted for NAE4-HA.

· We had 21 Junior Fair Board Members attend the OFMA Junior Fair Conference, compared to11 who attended last year.

· Working with the Senior Fair Board to review the schedule for Fair 2017 which has included logistical review of where events will be held on the new grounds.

· Registered 4 youth to attend MXC.

· Preparing lessons for Kick-Off, MXC, and CCW

· Created a Qualtrics survey for New Volunteer References.

· Completely analyzed the 4-H Committee Constitution and proposed revisions based on what we are actually doing. Including: sub-committee names and structure, updating election practices, and roles of officers.

· Created a Teen Leadership Opportunities Application and a Volunteer and Teen Professional Development Scholarship Application for 4-H Committee

· Began planning for April 25th, Crossroads EERA 4-H Committee Exchange at Harvest Ridge
