Strategic Forecasting

Thank you for the opportunity to provide a quote for the proposed cable installation for Strategic Forecasting located at 1666 K Street, NW, Washington, DC.
This quote is based upon several assumptions;
- All work will be done during normal business hours of 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM on normal business days of Monday through Friday.
- All work, labor and material, is warranted for a period of one (1) year.
- This quote does not include a low voltage permit. Should one be required there will be an additional charge.
Voice & Data Wiring –
· Install Ten (10) Voice and Data outlets \ each outlet will be wired with one (1) 4-pair, 24 AWG, UTP, Category 3 plenum wire for Voice and one (1) 4-pair, 24 AWG, UTP, Category 5e plenum wire for Data.
· The Voice and Data wires will be installed from the outlet locations to their respective closets. The wire will be installed above the lift-out type ceilings.
· The Voice wires will be terminated on the existing 110A (punch down type) hardware in the telephone closet.
· The Data wires will be terminated on the existing rack mounted patch panel in the data closet.
· The Voice wires will be terminated on a 4-pair, RJ45, Category 3 White modular jacks at the outlets.
· The Data wires will be terminated on a 4-pair, RJ45, Category 5e Blue modular jacks at the outlets.
· The Voice and Data jacks will be installed in the same faceplate at the outlets.
· Relocate one (1) CATV outlet within the office area. This will be accomplished by extending the coaxial cable to the new room.
· Terminate the CATV cable with an “F” connector on both ends.
