PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

  • All dues are billed on the 1st of each month. Payments are to be received by the 15thof that month.Payments that are not received within 10 days of the due date will be subject to a $35 late fee.
  • 5% discount for dues paid in full for 1 yr.(excludes trail fees, dining minimum or other misc. charges)
  • All past due balances (over 30 days) will incur a finance charge based on an annual interest rate of 24% that will be billed on the following statement.
  • Memberships that are more than 60 days late on their payment are subject to having all privileges suspended.
  • Suspended members will continue to be responsible for all monthly charges until the account is paid in full or suitable payment arrangements are made with management.
  • You may charge your statement to a credit card or debit card.

INITIATION FEE (New or returning Members):One-timetransfer fee of $1500

($1000if buying from a current member) is a one-time fee and is non-refundable.

DINING MINIMUM: Unused portion is billed quarterly.

MEMBERSHIP CHANGES: A membership cannot be changed to a lesser membership, or dropped, without submitting a written request which must be signed by the owners or general manager, 30 days in advance of the cancellation. Approved criteria include long term illness or treatment, long term residence change (4-6 months residence outside of SC). It is expected that the membership dues be paid at a lower rate to keep the membership active. Memberships may be upgraded at any time.

If a member (new or existing) drops their membership for any reason other than the approved reasons (see above) they may be required to pay a reinstatement fee or back dues, if dropped within 3-6 months.

LIABILITY WAIVER: Each member understands that the use of the facilities, including without limitation, the golf course, swimming pool, fitness center, tennis courts, and boat storage area, may result in personal injuries. The Club management recommends that members obtain the advice and guidance of their physician or other health professional before engaging in an exercise program.

It is expressly agreed that any exercise or other use of the facilities undertaken at the Club by a member or their guest shall be undertaken at their own risk. The member(s) represent that he/she is physically able to undertake any and all activities and that the Club shall have no responsibility for determining a member’s physical ability to undertake said activities.
