2010-159 Approving Closeout Change Order No. 1 for Al Neto Contractors, Inc. for the Main Street Sidewalk Improvements Project which increases the original contract amount from $135,494.61 to $140,810.60 which represents a net increase of $5,315.99.

2010-160 Accepting the work, closing out the contract and issuing final payment in the amount of $2,816.21 to Al Neto Contractors, Inc. for the Main Street Sidewalk Improvements Project subject to the posting of a one (1) year 15% Maintenance Bond in the amount of $21,121.59.

2010-161 Authorizing the Borough Engineer to prepare Biennial Certification Monitoring Reports associated with the removal of Underground Storage Tanks at the Borough Hall Annex, Morgan Firehouse, Public Works Garage and First Aid Squad sites.

2010-162 Reducing the 90% Performance Bond from $1,230,020.65 to $960,949.32 and the 10% Letter of Credit from $136,668.96 to $106,772.15 for the Towne Lake West project to reflect the work that has been completed to date by the Developer.

2010-163 Authorizing the Borough Engineer to prepare grant applications for the New Jersey Department of Transportation Fiscal Year 2011 Municipal Aid Program.

2010-164 Authorizing Tax Collector to extend the grace period for the

August 1, 2010 tax quarter twenty-five (25) days from the mailing of tax bills due to the delay in the certification of the 2010 tax rate.
