Implementation of Aadhar enabled Biometric Attendance System (AeBAS)
Steps to be taken :
- Submission of Organisation On-boarding form:
Please submit the filled in form along with a letter to DIO, NIC, Kadapa
You can download the form by opening attendance.gov.in Click on Organisation Registration button and then click on Download on-boarding form.

Sample form filled by ED, BC Welfare Dept is also being uploaded for reference.

Please give your Govt. SIM no. of the Nodal Officer/ HoD against Mobile under Nodal Officer.
Nodal Officer e-mail should be a Govt mail ID of your office which is working (ex: ). If your dept does not have Govt mail ID, please give the mail Id of your Nodal Officer/ HoD created for eOffice purpose. Please check whether it is working or not.
- Creation of URL & Nodal Officer Login:
After submitting the On boarding form, we will send it it NIC HQs, New Delhi. They will generate a URL/ Website address for your dept and mail the details of the URL and Nodal Officer login ID and password to the e-mail ID mentioned in the On boarding form.
Please check your mailbox for this mail from BAS Support, and note the URL, Login details somewhere securely.
- Procuring the device:
The devices compliant for implementing AEBAS are listed in the site attendance.gov.in under FAQs AEBAS Compatible devices.
If the no. of employees in a Office is less than 30, they can go for a Desktop based device like MANTRA MFS 100, STARTEK FM 220 ACPL etc. It should be connected to a Desktop System having Internet facility (Windows 7 or above OS).
If the no. of employees in a Office is more than 30, they can go for a Tablet based device Wall Mount Device with Wi-Fi (Ex: MANTRA MFS TAB, PRECISION PB ABS 100).
The devices may be procouredfrom :
M/s Akhil Computers, Kurnool ( 08518-276333, Sekhar 8142566596), Surya Agencies, Tirupati (0877-2237899, Abhilash 9246998840) or any other vendor.
- Preparation of Master data of all employees ready:
Please prepare the following details of all the employees in excel format and keep it ready.
- Employee Name, 2. Date of Birth, 3. Gender, 4. Aadhar number, 5. Personal Mobile no., 6. Emp Code., 7. Designation, 8. Employee Type (Govt/ Out sourced/ Contractual / Daily wages etc), 9. Location of the Office (in case your dept has more than one office in the district ex: Tahsildar Office, Penagalur; Collectorate, Kadapa etc).
- Also keep scanned copy of the employee passport size photo in jpg format.
- The details of Employee registration will be informed when once your departmental URL is created.
