Design of Dollar Tree Supply Chain Network Container, New York,USA Dec’15

§ Designed a supply chain network with Build to stock strategy that supplies 1.000.000 units of LED lights at less than 64 cents.

§ Analyzed and selected the supply base and factory in China which are cable to deliver the units within the required time and cost.

§ Determined the Factory’s and DC’s logistics and cash to cash flow cycle considering the expansion of the business.

Implementation of Lean Manufacturing in mop manufacturing unit, Alphapointe, New York, USA May’15

§ Studied the mop manufacturing unit, floor layout and collected all the necessary data required to create CVSM.

§ CVSM of the mop manufacturing floor was drawn with collected data.

§ A FVSM was proposed to the manufacturing unit based on time reduction and space optimization.
