FOOD & BEVERAGE SAMPLING AUTHORIZATION<hyperlink to pdf>

Candy is acceptable at your booth, however, you will need to obtain authorization from the Omni to provide snacks, beverages and other food items during the conference. Please click on the link above to view the policy and contact information for approval.

WI FI & ELECTRICAL PRICE GUIDEAND ORDER FORM<hyperlink to pdf>

  • Wi Fi is available in the common areas on first floor (lobbies, restaurants etc)
  • Wi Fi is available in hotel rooms for overnight guests
  • KYSHRM attendees and vendors might be able to pick up Wi-Fi on the second floor in the common areas, but it’s not guaranteed (service may be slow or interrupted)

A Wireless connection at the Omni is $29.95 per day (see page 2). A standard electrical connection is $60 per day (see page 3).

All orders must be submitted by Monday, August 20, 2018. Vendors can order services onsite, but there may be a delay in receiving services.

Fern Expositions handles our booth set up and services. Fern Expositions will email individual IDs and passwords to the contact you provided on the registration form to order services(includes shipping information, furnishings order form etc).If you have not received your customer ID & password via email by early July, please contact Patty Kestler at Fern Exposition () and indicate your status as an exhibitor at the 2018 KYSHRM Conference.

Deadline to order services through Fern is Tuesday, August 14, 2018.

A great perk of sponsoring the conference is that you receive complimentary conference registrations. These can be used by your staff, colleagues or clients. This is ideal for any human resources or benefits personnel at your company or a nice gift for a key client. Please follow the steps below to take advantage of your complimentary conference registrations:

  1. The conference brochure will be available online late spring to early summer. You can go ahead and register your staff or clients without choosing your specific sessions at this time.
