Item # 2 -46710–Minor subdivision application with bulk variances: The applicant intends to consolidate and re- subdivide to create two conforming lots and construct one new row home. Single family row homes exempt from site plan approval. Location of Development: 82 West Street; City Tax Map: Block 20604, Lots 8 and 9: Applicant: Mark Weiss, 83 Northcrest Place, Lakewood, NJ 08701

Item # 3 – 51272 – Preliminary Major Subdivision with Bulk Variances and Preliminary Major Site Plan - The applicant intends to construct nine new row homes, to include a new rear alley with off street parking; Project Location: Hobart Avenue, between Cleveland Avenue and South Logan Avenue; Tax Map: Block 29102, Lots 1- 8; Applicant: SSJ Land Development, LLC 908 Franklin Lakes, New Jersey 07417

Item # 4 -46711–Final Subdivision Application with bulk variances and Preliminary and Final Site Plan Application: Consolidated application for a series of minor and major subdivisions for the construction of 27 new single family homes on scattered sites within the Canal Banks Redevelopment Area. This is part of a larger scattered site project that also includes the rehabilitation of 25 existing homes (rehabilitation of existing homes does not require site plan approval).
