CODE OF ORDINANCES

ORDINANCE #2

The Town Board of Athelstane, Marinette County, Wisconsin does hereby ordain as follows:

SECTION 1: The code of ordinances in book form entitled, “Town of Athelstane Code of Ordinances”, having been placed on file and open to the public inspection in the office of the town clerk for a period of two weeks commencing January 25, 2016 pursuant to Wis. Stat 66.0103, is hereby adopted as the general code of ordinances in and for the Town of Athelstane, Marinette County, Wisconsin.

SECTION 2: This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication as required by law.

SEVERABILITY

In the event that any section or sections herein shall be ruled unconstitutional by any competent court, such determination shall not affect the validity or effectiveness of the others sections of this Ordinance and the remainder of said Ordinance shall remain in effect.

This ordinance adopted by the Town Board of the Town of Athelstane on this 9th day of February, 2016.
