Within 45 days of receiving this shipment you may return items* for refund or exchange. The item(s) must be unused and in resalable condition as determined by AnimationShops.com. Items that have been laundered, altered, shrunken, stained, or damaged, in any way, by the customer, cannot be accepted for a return or exchange.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 3-7 business days of receiving your return. To return an item(s) follow these steps:

  1. Fill out the return portion of this sheet. Return the front and back of this form with your product. You may want to make a copy for your records.
  2. Items should be folded and packaged in a manner that protects them. We reserve the right to assess any damage incurred during the return shipment and to refuse such items as necessary.
