I. CALL TO ORDER – Mr. Upton called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
II. ROLL CALL – All members present.

Bleachers – Pam Gallaher
Ms. Gallaher informed the Board of the pricing for the bleachers at the tennis courts and softball field at Grafton High School and also the need for the repair of the bleacher at the ball field at Anna Jarvis Elementary School.
Camp Towles – Kathy Green
Miss Green informed the Board of the progression of the work for the parking lot and the boat access to the river at Camp Towles. The work is not completed yet but it appears that the parking lot and the river access are both before the Camp Towles sign so they should not be an interference to the renters of the facilities.
Superintendent’s Update
Mr. Rottgen informed the Board of the progress on the insurance and repairs in progress from the April 2016 Hail Storm.
Mr. Rottgen informed the Board that Joe R. Pyle has already began advertising the sale of Haymond Elementary School at 12:00 p.m. on June 23, 2016 at the school. To view the property interested participants may come at 11:00 a.m. on June 23, 2016.
Miss Green informed the Board that Senior Sermon is on Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. and Graduation will be on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at 7:00 p.m.
Miss Green informed the Board that all schools and bands will be marching in the Memorial Day Parade Monday, May 30, 2016.
Library Committee – Guy Moyer
Ms. Moyer informed the Board that the Library Committee met and the following topics were discussed: new member from the Commission, telescope contract, exterminator contract, new custodian, evaluation of damage from the Hail storm, used book sale and the summer reading program.

2354 The superintendent respectfully requested approval of a contract with Foster Grandparent Program and Taylor County Schools from May 2, 2016 through May 2, 2019. This is a renewal of the current contract.
2355 The superintendent respectfully requested approval of an agreement with TSA Consulting Group to provide administrative services over the county’s 403(b) and 457 plans. There is no cost to the board, as the company bills the vendors a flat rate per month per participant.
