I would like to thank each and every one of you for the part you have played in my recovery from Thoraic outlet syndrome. I had lived in constant pain for over ten years and I was fairly sceptical of the benefits of this operation. Five months down the line, I can now say without hesitation that it has made a massive difference to my overall quality of life. I have now been in intensive training for the past six weeks, in preparation for my first ever half Iron Man in January. I am now able to swim, cycle and run with little discomfort.
