PRICE WORKSHEET
ORDER CONTACT HIERARCHY: Contract 00707, has three categories and contract purchasers are required to contact the vendor holding the first position. Contract purchasers may contact the second position holder only if the first position is unable to meet the reasonable needs of the customer. The customer must have credible documentation that justifies contacting the second position holder and that will withstand the scrutiny of the state Auditor. While some contract purchasers have emergency authority under RCW 43.19.200, that authority allows the purchaser to purchase off contract only. Emergency authority does not allow the bypassing to the 00707 contract terms when using the contract. Said simply, when using contract 00707, the purchaser must operate within the 00707 contract terms, otherwise find another contracting mechanism. SEE PRICE SHEETS BELOW.
Effective February 1, 2013 through January 31, 2014 DRC is offering a 3% price discount across the board.
