· Tony will contact Geneviève to get the breakdown of the costs and revenue of the “blackjack for Scholarship” and the Golf tournament.
· Hélène will resend the e-mail to Tony regarding the SAE “Supermileage” UdeM team requested donation for their trip to Marshall, Michigan US on June 9-10, 2011. The Branch Executive agreed to donate 250$.
· The University of Moncton would like to approach the APEGNB to have funding for a student recruitment representative like it was offered to UNB.

Tony Desjardins provides the treasurer’s Reports for the period ending October 29th, 2010. The report didn’t include the golf tournament that was held September 24, 2010. Please see attachment for more details about the report.

Professional Activities
· Jocelyn will look into the options of organizing a tour at the new Casino, Pump House Brewery, Molson Brewery or a conference regarding the Petitcodiac River.
· David will contact ADI if it’s possible to organize a tour of the new court house, downtown Moncton.
Social Activities
· The next event coming up is the Member reception in January 19, 2011. The reception will take place between 5 7:00 p.m. at the Mexicali Rosa’s.
· Serge mentioned there will be the member hockey tournament this winter; the dates are April 8 & 9, 2011 in Halifax, N.S. They are looking for players.
Web/Communication/Advertisement
Tina will send e-mail for the upcoming activities, regarding the member’s reception and the hockey tournament in Halifax, N.S.
Université de Moncton
· Possibility to organize an Engineering Students vs APEGNB Members hockey game. Joel to reserve the ice time at the UdeM arena and Serge will bring the team.

1.7 / New Business
a) Request by U de M industrial engineering orientation (option for financial support. This is for the National IIE Student conference – Montreal, January 2011. The Branch Executive agreed to donate 150$.
b) Request by U de M student society for financial support: “Semaine académique”. The Branch Executive refused to donate this event since the activity had already happened. The branch recommended that next year, they make their demand prior to the event.
c) R.Omoko, MIT (volunteer), the branch executive agree to invite him to the next meeting.
d) Request by Atlantic engineering competition organizer (AEG), the competition will be held at the université de Moncton this year. The request is the APEGNB-branch advertising. The branch Executive is redirecting the request to the APEGNB in Fredericton. If a Université de Moncton Team request money for the competition the branch Executive will do an e-mail voting.
