ProQuip unveils Tour-Lite – its lightest-ever rain jacket
New for 2015 – Tour-Lite – lightest-ever ProQuip rain jacket weighs 277grams and packs down smaller than a winter golf mitt
(Langholm, Scotland – May 6, 2015) ProQuip Golf, the world’s leading innovator of lightweight golf weatherwear, has launched Tour-Lite – the lightest rain jacket in its 34-year history - and the first to be developed using a knitted waterproof outer fabric.
Engineered to be the lightest packable rain jacket for golf, Tour-Liteweighs only 277 grams and can be packed down to an area of 15cms by 12cms, smaller than the average winter golf mitt.
The jacket is constructed from a knitted ultra-lightweight outer fabric that is supremely soft to wear and stretches four ways delivering the highest levels of comfort and freedom of movement.

Tour-Lite – 50% lighter than Ultralite
The new Tour-Lite jacket is 50 per cent lighter than the 2015 version of Ultralite, the company’s longest running and best-selling waterproof range.
Innovative features include a handy rear pocket located above the golfer’s lower back for storing a glove, scorecard or accessories.
An elasticated waistband andgrip strip hem mean the jacket fits snugly at the waist and stays in place for a comfortable athletic fit.
The jacket comes with a stylish colour contrast waterproof zip and zip pockets plus adjustable Velcro cuffs.
Tour-Lite comes with ProQuip’s exceptional three year guarantee and delivers all the brand’s hallmark benefits of lightness, quietness, softness and playability.
Tour-Lite is jacket only and can be worn with any trouser in the ProQuip range. It comes in two colour ways, Black/True Blue or True Blue/ Black and will be available in store at ProQuip stockists from June at an RRP of £129.
