RECORD RETENTON REQUIREMENT
For products supplied on a NORDAM purchase order, the supplier shall maintain an adequate records system. All records shall be retained in electronic or paper format for a minimum of ten (10) years from completion of the NORDAM purchase order. NORDAM contract may require record retention to be extended beyond the ten (10) year retention period.
