GOLF COURSE AGREEMENT
Each golf course may submit two different pages of coupons for inclusion in the 2017/2018 edition. This may include 8 of the same coupon, 4 different coupons repeated on two pages, or 8 different coupons. If you wish to submit only one page of coupons please only fill out the PAGE 1 COUPON SELECTIONS only.
•The Golfer’s Red Book will include your specific golf facility’s offer as outlined by you on this form.
•The Golfer’s Red Book is authorized to use all logos and/or identifying marks as provided by your golf facility for the production and sale of the book.
•The facility will honor all Golfer’s Red Book coupons presented in accordance with their terms as indicated on this agreement.
•The back of each coupon will read: Coupons are valid only if still affixed to book at time of presentation. Not to be used for, or combined with, tournament or league play, multiple bookings, scheduled events, any other discount or promotion. Coupons valid October 1, 2017 to December 31, 2018 unless otherwise stated.
•The facility will also indemnify and save harmless NGCOA Canada – British Columbia Chapter for any errors or omissions with respect to the veracity of the information provided and the manner it is presented and further, for failure to honor the Golfer’s Red Book. Should staff at the facility fail to properly communicate the terms and conditions of the Golfer’s Red Book as they apply to the facility during a tee time reservation or payment, the facility will assume full responsibility. This agreement is binding upon each party’s successors and assigns.
This Agreement is confirmed by receipt back of this emailed form.
