Address Label Lister:

This program is designed to create general address labels for selected students. These labels are used for student mailings. Addresses are printed on 4” x 15/16” white labels. All address label jobs will be queued to the user’s default printer.

1.  Select from the following options:

  1. Group to Process – Select Everyone or Selected Group
  2. Order to Process – Select Default or Selected Order

2.  Select Address Labels from the Programs to Execute section.

3.  Notes or instructions regarding the job can be entered in the Notes and Comments section.

4.  Click the Update Questions Below button.

5.  If you have a desired group to process, click here for instructions.

6.  If you have information to be sorted in a selected order, click here for instructions.

7.  Enter information for Address Labels:

  1. Which name do you want on the labels?
  2. Student
  3. Billing
  4. Parents
  5. Which address do you want on the labels?
  6. Home
  7. Billing
  8. Local
  9. Dorm
  10. Mailing code to appear on each label?
  11. Up to three characters can be entered as a mailing code. Entering a mailing code is optional. It will appear exactly as it is entered. This is typically used so that returned mail can be forwarded to the appropriate department.

8.  Enter default substitutions for blank addresses:

  1. This allows you to select a substitute address if the student does not have an entry for the desired address. Substitution selections are as follows:
  2. For Billing use
  3. For Dorm use
  4. For Local use

9.  Enter the time and date for the job to run. Click here for instructions.

10.  Click Submit if you have completed the job.

11.  If you wish to save this job for future use, click the Save button.

12.  If you wish to abort the job, click the Quit button.
