Time: / Morning warm-ups 7:45 - 9:00 a.m.
Session starting at 9:30 a.m.
Pool: / 6 lanes, 25 yard, indoor pool, with non-turbulent lane dividers.
Admission: / No admission will be charged. Ample parking is available.
Awards: / Ribbons will be awarded for individual events, heat winners, and 1st, 2nd, 3rd places for the relays.
Coaches are to pick up the team awards.
Rules: / 2016 U.S. Swimming Rules and Empire State Swim League rules will govern this meet. All events are timed finals.
Entries: / The meet will be run using HyTek’s Meet Manager. Entries should be sent via email to o be received no later than October 15th, 2016. In addition, there is a $1.00 per swimmer surcharge for any entries NOT submitted digitally. Swimmers will be entered in the age group determined by the swimmer’s age as of November 1, 2016. Each swimmer can place in up to 2 events and 1 relay, and may swim in more events if space permits. PBAC reserves the right to limit the number of entries for any event in order to keep the meet manageable and in the best interest of the swimmers. On-deck registration will be accepted in only those events that have not been completely booked. Scratches are due to the computer area by 9:00 a.m., respectively.
Eligibility: / All registered Empire State Swim League swimmers.
Fees: / $4.00 per individual event - $8.00 per relay. Make checks payable to Pine Bush Aquatic Club.
Food: / Food will be available at the concession stand. Absolutely no food or drink will be allowed on the pool deck. Free sandwiches will be available for coaches and volunteers.
Timers: / Each team is asked to provide 2 timers.

Classroom

Monitors: / Each team is responsible for providing 2 parents to supervise their swimmers in the team’s assigned classroom.

/ Upon entry, swimmers, coaches, parents, spectators, timers & officials acknowledge their waiver of rights to claims against the Pine Bush Aquatic Club, Pine Bush School District, U.S. Swimming, the Empire State Swim League, their agents or representatives, for any bodily injury or loss of personal property at or as a result of this swim meet.
