1.2BASE PROPOSAL

  1. The undersigned Bidder, having carefully examined the Procurement and Contracting Requirements, Conditions of the Contract, Drawings, Specifications, and all subsequent Addenda, as prepared by Beaty Palmer Architects and Architect's consultants, having visited the site, and being familiar with all conditions and requirements of the Work, hereby agrees to furnish all material, labor, equipment and services, including all scheduled allowances, necessary to complete the construction of the above-named project, according to the requirements of the Procurement and Contracting Documents, for the stipulated sum of:

1.3ALLOWANCES: The Base Proposal shall include the following:

1)Provide FortyThousand and No/100 Dollars ($40,000.00) in total allowances as to provide design and construction of an 18 hole disc golf course in the northern portion of the park. The contractor is to use Houck Design (Contact: Dee Leekha-Houck: 512-426-7722) to design the course. Construction Documents of the course shall be submitted to owner/architect for review and approval prior to construction.

2)Provide Three Hundred Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($300,000.00) in total allowances for design and construction of public art.

3)Provide One Hundred Twenty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($120,000.00) in total allowances as to provide and install wifi equipment and cabling.

4)Provide Eighty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($80,000) in total allowances to realign the 12' wide concrete walk to connect with S. New Braunfels Ave. Refer to Alternate 01.

1.4ADDITIVE ALTERNATES (Refer to sheet G1.2 for alternate boundaries described below):

1.6PROPOSAL GUARANTEE
