17th Annual Spring Sale
MOM-TO-MOM SALE TABLE RENTAL AGREEMENT
Sept. 17, 2016 8:00-1:00
Set up will begin at 5:00-8:00 PM on Friday Sept. 16, 2016 (night before the sale). The day of the sale Sellers will be able to pre-sell to each other from approximately 7:30-7:55 AM. It is important that you are at your table by 7:55 A.M. The doors will open for guests at 8:00AM PROMPTLY.
Sellers are expected to provide their own change and their own bags. Sellers are also expected to act as their own security for the items they have brought to sell. The Church cannot be responsible for any item or money stolen.
Sellers must keep their items on the table and within the space assigned to them. Items may not be protruding out into the walkways where they may cause someone to fall or trip. You may also rent space for a rack, which you must provide. The tack must fit within the assigned 3 foot area. Arrange your items in an attractive and orderly manner will make your table more inviting for the guests.
There will be a designated area for large items. You may bring as many large items as you wish. All large items must be tagged. There will be forms available at set up. No item will be accepted for sale without a tag. The night of set up, if you have any additional large items they must be added to the attached Large Item Summary Form and $1.00 will be collected at that time. The form will list the asking price of each item. If you wish to lower the price at 11:00, please fill out that part of the Large Item Summary Form. This decision is strictly up to you. The staff collecting the money will follow your directions. They realize they are working as your sales representative. If you want your table by a friend or certain area please mark that on your contract.
Sellers are expected to stay until 1:00 PM. You should not begin to pack up your items until 12:55 PM. This is for the sake of those guests traveling between other sales. You must remove all items and leave the area as you found it. If you wish to donate any items left over they must be put in a large bag and be left on the table. They will be donated to an area charity.
